Our role is to help you to come to an early settlement and thus achieve a dramatic reduction in your legal costs and cut short a distressing long-term battle.
It pays to reach a fair and reasonable settlement figure that saves you time, worry and costly solicitor and barrister charges.
We offer our divorce accounting services on an hourly rate or on a fixed fee basis, whichever you prefer. Our hourly fee is £95, plus VAT. Compared to solicitors’ rates of anything from £175 – £375 per hour for dealing with a financial settlement and you are already saving money. Our fixed fee one-off payment includes:
- Initial consultation
- Preparation of form E
- Second consultation, sign off form E for submission
- Examination of partner/spousal form E with research into any ambiguous or suspicious claims
We can also accompany and support you at solicitors’ meetings – costed separately with a simple flat fee of £380 + VAT and travel allowance of 50p per mile or 2nd class return rail fare where appropriate.
